      pay seems to be reasonable for the job. The majority of people there are easy to work with.

      Cons

      currently little to no overtime. leadership is expecting more work from less employees with no plans to backfill main workforce.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
