Pros

No micromanaging, feel like I'm trusted to perform my role as asked. Still very early but I am feeling fine.

Cons

No remote work. I feel like my role could be done from home, office environment feels stale some days. Taking a walk outside helps though. Hard to make any connections at work due to the layout. People aren't very friendly outside of my team as well.

Pros

Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

Cons

Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
