Pros

Good pay and product. Very friendly people in corporate office.

Cons

Company is not sure what direction they want to go in. Very unorganzied and their human resource department needs help. They promote work life balance but the task and frustrations dont co-inside with the motto. They have a very sheep like approach to customer service and are not prepared to adapt to the current retail market. Plus IT is horrible and their systems are outdated for what they are trying to accomplish.

Pros

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
