      Long working hours not expected. Formal procedure for bonuses and yearly pay review.

      Cons

      No flexibility on working hours, working from home. Little trust towards employees. There us no reception or post room so this makes the working day disjointed. The team can feel like a boys club.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
