      Steady paycheck and great if you are a hamster who enjoys running full speed in the wheel with no family or friends to get in the way of working non-stop.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and an overall distrust of everyone and their abilities to do their job. Nepotism, and a constant "fire drill"

      Pros

      Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
