      Pros

      I guess if you urgently need a job at least Perry Ellis offers ok benefits....not great...but better than none. If you are starting out in the industry you have the opportunity for some decent training. They pay on time and honor their commitments.

      Cons

      The culture of the company has gone completely down hill since the company went from a Public company to a Private company. They don't trust or respect their employees. There is no work/life balance so many of their young employees resign. In general they have a high turnover because of the way the owners treat their employees. HR is not empowered at all.

      The people make it amazing. Working with people from vast backgrounds and companies. Working on cool product.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
