      Great Oppournuties to learn new software's as Perry Ellis is committed to staying relevant and changing with the times. Plenty of women in leadership positions.

      Cons

      Management especially in the Design department is very much like reliving the worst parts of being in high school. Take that how you will. Internal promotion is unlikely no matter how qualified you are. Prepare yourself to be in a work place where your VPs and Directors are malicious, vindictive and vulgar.
