      Pros

      The best part of working for PEI is the people who work there. Your peers. NOT upper management.

      Cons

      The family thinks and runs the business like communists. They manage by fear, intimidation and insulting. I truly feel sorry for certain people in the HR Department who truly want to make a difference, but cannot because of certain "others" in HR who have no idea what they are doing. Shady HR Leaders.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
