Pros

Friendly environment. People are pleasant to your face.

Cons

They are understaffed, always late on development because of it, and pile more work on you without increasing your salary year after year. The LA office is run by people who guide you on your development but if it's wrong for the company and the CEO sees it and disagrees, those same people will behave as though they were not involved in guiding you, and you could lose your job over it. They also pay 20% below average in LA for same roles. A few people in the office are clearly overpaid compared to their efficiency to lead.

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
