Pros

You learn a lot about the apparel industry from people who have been at the company for many years. They like to hire from within, which can also be a con...limits variety. Nice experience for someone starting out in their career to dive into different departments

Cons

Not for everyone. If you're looking for flexibility, encouraging team members/leadership and employee recognition, this might not be for you. Obsolete processes, systems. Very stagnant and old-school corporate environment (structure/office and mentality), they even installed a face recognition system at the entrance to make sure employees are in office. They allow 1 day work from HOME, but not REMOTE. Heavily controlled and enforced. No flexibility whatsoever - this is absolutely your typical 9-6, live and breathe your job.

Pros

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
