Decent commission Great employee discount

Cons

Hours for employee get cut if they don’t like your performance, but upper management does not communicate to you. Your hours just get cut to try and get you to quit

Pros

Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

Cons

Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
