      Management genuinely trusts me to do my job without micromanaging. I’m given autonomy to execute tasks, offer input, and even design solutions. My results are reviewed with respect, and the culture encourages independence while providing meaningful support.

      Cons

      The only downside is limited room for advancement in terms of career title growth.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
