Pros

Competitive pay with annual raises.

Cons

Leadership often shows a lack of respect for employees' time, frequently rescheduling meetings at the last minute or being significantly late. This behavior was also evident during the interview process, with executives arriving more than 15 minutes late for my final interview. Toxic culture with favoritism and office politics. Slow decision-making process. Conservative, outdated environment that limits growth. Average benefits and no parental leave. “New Home discount” benefit is impractical for most employees.

Pros

Very little micromanagment, very flexible work hours during the weekday.

Cons

You work every weekend, leads are almost non existent unless someone walks through the door. You absolutely have to drive your own business through establish realtor contacts. Perry homes still sells one of the highest priced products on the market at the same quality level as highland homes that sell 40 percent less.
