Pros

Decent pay and benefits They cater lunch everyday

Cons

The company goes out of its way to project a polished, upscale image — strict dress code, catered lunches, sleek branding out front. But it’s all just window dressing. Behind the scenes, it’s a dysfunctional mess. There are no real processes, no training, and no structure. Leadership is toxic, two-faced, and will throw you under the bus the moment it’s convenient for them. The culture prioritizes appearances over accountability, and anyone who speaks up or asks for support is met with silence or subtle retaliation. Leadership is disorganized and unaccountable. There’s no structure, no clear communication, and no support for new hires. Turnover is out of control. My team alone, In just a 3–4 month span, they hired 4 people for the same team — all to replace others who had already quit or been pushed out. • The most tenured person outside the Controller/Assistant Controller had only been there 9 months. That should tell you everything. • No documented procedures, no proper onboarding, no review structure. Everyone is thrown into the fire with vague expectations and constantly shifting priorities. • Feedback is either nonexistent or comes too late to matter. It’s survival mode, not professional development. There is no review process, entries are simply posted without any chain of review. • Culture is reactive, not proactive — and the stress eventually catches up to everyone.

Pros

Very little micromanagment, very flexible work hours during the weekday.

Cons

You work every weekend, leads are almost non existent unless someone walks through the door. You absolutely have to drive your own business through establish realtor contacts. Perry homes still sells one of the highest priced products on the market at the same quality level as highland homes that sell 40 percent less.
