Pros

Good Work Culture Management experience was good - Management gives a lot of flexibility, and understand and try to adjust to your needs There are always a lot of Techincal and non-technical trainings going on - very helpful. If required, time and resources are provided for learning Food is fine. Good Gym and recreational facilities.

Cons

Required Work hours system - All employees must cover 9 hours a day on average each month even if no work in hands. Assessment and Apraisal policies are not good - often assessment of lower level management (immediet managers) is not valued at all. Higher level manager decides which banding level should be given based upon their financial quota. As its a service based company, you may need to work with different technologies, languages, domains over the time. Focusig on a particular Domain/Technology/Language will be difficult.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
