Pros

Friendly environment and colleagues, lots of fun filled events.

Cons

Cafeteria cost is included in your CTC. Just a couple floors office at Hyderabad. Hikes are poor, Promotions are difficult. If you are lucky and you get a good project , you’d be happy. Else get ready to be screwed. Had bitter experience working with one of the clients due to continuous micro management happening from onsite Persistent team. Management was careless and nobody recognised the performance :) Finally I made a good decision to move out with no regrets.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
