Pros

The benefits are very good, and if you are lucky you can contribute to generate a good work team.

Cons

Managers are not really well prepared to lead and keep under control the projects, for example they are more focused on keeping a good relationship with the customers based on numbers, not the fact that people matters. I realize this only when I already joint evan based on their values: Persistent, Ingenious, Confident, Responsible. Is there any listed that shows the importance of the people, They want your loyalty but they don't do the same with you.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
