Pros
Everyone in the company is always willing to help. Every department will drop what they are doing to make sure that the customer's order goes out on time. Every employee is genuinely caring about one another and is always willing to do what they can to make your job a little easier. Everyone takes pride in their work.
Cons
Too many contradicting "orders" coming from upper management. There are times where no one in upper management is on the same page. Some people do feel the need to loop people unrelated to issues into a problem because they feel like it can help in some way share or form. Upper management always has an exception to break the rules.
