Great company culture, love the people here. Lots of hard working people driven by the mission. Meaningful work. You can make a difference. Career development (improving). HR building it out. Great pay and annual bonuses
Cons
Some growing pains as company grows. Career growth not always apparent but communication about it improving. Sometimes teams are understaffed but company is hiring many positions all the time.
