1. Sometimes Challenging work and sometimes tedious repetition. 2. I think there is only one Manager in the organisation who thinks about every ground-level employee and try to help in all sorts and making them laugh. 3. Products are good

1. Very very poor Financial planning 2. Very poor Top management 3. Poor decision making 4. No Salaries on time and no clue about the date also

Pervacio worked extremely hard throughout last year to tackle any perceived issues around communication and payment and we are delighted at the positive feedback that we have received for our efforts. Great place to get a start in the mobile technology industry and the constantly evolving computer and software industries. With locations around the world, the work environment is a cultural and friendly experience.

Cons

Depending on the job title, working out of town at times is required.
