Pros

None... absolutely none.... Once in a while they keep aiming for good groundbreaking projects but resources get yanked out and are overworked on some important and not acheivable client deadline. If someone says they have a strategy in place, they are lying.

Cons

No Salary, No recognition other than a pat on your back. Family is always well paid even if their contribution to the company is literally zero for the past 2 years. Minimal

We have discussed salaries at length on this site and have talked about the side effects of a company growing so quickly and pushing the boundaries of technological development. It’s fair to say that the vast majority of people working for Pervacio have seen their time here as positive, constructive and even exciting and value the efforts that the CEO is putting into expanding the company. Great place to get a start in the mobile technology industry and the constantly evolving computer and software industries. With locations around the world, the work environment is a cultural and friendly experience.

Cons

Depending on the job title, working out of town at times is required.
