Exponential Growth is possible only when the whole organization works as a team. This was precisely what I have experienced in Pervacio. I have joined Pervacio exactly a year ago and I can guarantee this is one place where you and your opinions are valued. I have worked with Organizations that were listed in Fortune 500 and I have seen a similar work environment at Pervacio where the team is driven by vision & Will power. Employees at every level, are empowered enough to ensure they do the right thing for the customers. I promote Pervacio for all those who are skilled, committed and work oriented. And in my opinion "This is surely not a work place for people with negative perceptions and will issues".

Employee engagement activities are not planned frequently. However that's understood to be the case for a company that is growing fast in a short span.
