Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that your experiences of working with Pervacio do not reflect the efforts we take to make this company one of the best to work for. As you point out, we have some well known clients and servicing their requirements takes a large amount of commitment and a workforce that is dedicated to making success happen. It is probably inevitable that we don’t always cross all our ‘T’s or dot all our ‘I’s but being incredibly busy is no excuse for disappointing members of our workforce. Our CEO is very conscious that a company survives on its reputation and so he values feedback from current or past employees. Only in this way can he see where the company might be underperforming and so implement the changes needed. To that end, I can make this personal guarantee – the CEO has not written a single review on this page. Both Glassdoor and Pervacio value the need for total transparency and, as a result, we would never consider interfering with genuine comments. Glassdoor itself strives to create an open and honest forum in which employees can share views, both good and bad, and at Pervacio we feel that it is vitally important that there are as many channels as possible to encourage feedback from our people.
