Pros

Benefits, paid training education. Easy to transfer locations.

Cons

Sadly the safety policies in the salons were not honored. Many of the salon employees harbor a very toxic and unprofessional atmosphere. I saw pets mishandled and abused and management did nothing about it. I saw rabies records be falsified or ignored all just to make the customer happy while putting the employees and pets at risk. When I left they were undergoing tremendous restructuring, I'm not sure what the future holds for them.

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
