management runs poorly and doesn't listen to salon employee when told issues, low standards , petsmart company will run you to the ground, they wants us to do the jobs of 3 employees while grooming safely and bringing maximum income , they don't care about the salon, you have to answer phone , make reminder calls, check in and checkout dogs , do every walk in (you can't turn them away even if you are behind) and now they want us to check out payments at the salon, they keep telling us it only takes a few minutes and I tell them that everything adds up we barely had enough Time to answer phones and now this !?
