      Pros

      Good pay, awesome clients, good benefits.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their employees. They are cold hearted & mean. You can't go to the careline or to the DM with a problem because its turned around & shoved back in your face. Some. Coworkers are ok but most are not.

      Pros

      Work with pets, earn tips and commission.

      Cons

      Corporate salon means no logic and reason to the rules and they can change day by day. Pushed to churn as many grooms out as possible instead of do quality work. No clear communication from management and no positive feedback from management, only beratings and lectures and threats to being replaced.
