Pros
The benefits package for the healthcare plan.
Cons
The managers are content with their positions therefore they are not advocates in recognizing lower level employees for promotions. The pay is horrible. The managers do not communicate the reasoning for hour cuts or the need for crosstraining. There is no type of "emotional intelligence" in management. We have employees begging to be moved up because they are now qualified (bachelor's degrees or better) for upper level employment.
