Pros
The pay is decent and the job keeps you fit
Cons
They consistently move the goal posts so you are always worried about losing your job. They will continue to threaten your job once a week if you don't make a 100% each week or over. This is not easy to do and it's so difficult because the job is very taxing on your body. People get injured and have major back problems from the heavy lifting. You're lifting heavy products for 10-12 hours a day and you have to do it fast so you meet 100% production every single day. NO ONE STAYS VERY LONG because of this, and they start firing people in groups to bring in fresh new workers who won't complain. Sexual harassment is rampant at this place from management and associates alike. It's unbearably hot in the summer and you're working up a sweat for 10 hours on top of that and they still expect you to perform at the same rate. It's freezing in the winter as well. Everyone is always stressed out, I quit this company because it was too stressful making 90% or more each week and constantly being warned that I would lose my job when I worked very hard and had alot of energy everyday to get things done. Even if you try your best you're going to be harassed by meetings with supervisors EVERY WEEK
