Pros
The animals are great, if you don't mind seeing them housed in minimal accommodations. The animal care is pretty good despite this. The store manager listened to my concerns, was professional and communicative but rarely in the store as they did inventory in other stores. The asst store mgr was present but lacked the skills necessary to lead others and was not very professional.
Cons
There wasn't enough to time alloted to care for the animals properly and service customers who had a lot of questions. Employee reliability and retention was not very good. The pay rate was not good considering the responsibility. There were few people who seemed to carry the weight of the store. Some of the others we lazy, not held accountable and lacked basic problem solving skills.
