Pros
Bring Pets to work. Coworkers are awesome. Occasional community activities with partners. Flexible schedule. Decent vacation time. Casual work attire.
Cons
Upper management is a joke. They lie, gossip, threaten and proactively work to alienate their best workers if you don't fit their "mold". You can forget about about any help, assistance or training. They don't encourage you to better yourself. They would much rather you be a mindless, accommodating robot to do anything and everything at their beckon will. New ideas or concepts are immediately shot down if you don't have "Sr" before your title or "Manager, Director, VP" after it. They expect you to have ridiculous standards met and if you don't you are berated and dressed down until you can't stand it anymore and end up quitting. Raises are even more of a joke. You might as well go searching for pennies in the parking lot because that'll be what you get. Also, don't expect any promotions from within the team. Management never thinks you're good enough, regardless of your talents or years with the company. Pretty much overall this is a horrible company to work for, especially if you want to make something of yourself. You'll never go anywhere or learn anything new unless you know somebody who knows somebody. Talent and dedication will get you nowhere.
