Employees expected to execute multiple tasks at multiple times with reducing hours. Most stores are open 8 to 10. And you have as many as 5 employees running the entire store for a full day. Management is expected to lead yet we are expected to answer a weekly conference call, a district conference call, a dog training call, a grooming call, a topbox call etc.
And dont worry ladies, most districts its a mans world. You have to be a man to go anywhere or friends with the man. The glass cieling for women is real.
When you call to report claims it goes directly to the person you feel uncomfortable about. There is no HR team that backs employees just makes excuses for managers.
And while the assistant and two other managers run the store.. the store leader can just work whenever or call out because district leaders pay no notice.
Oh and dont worry the expectations being so high and the pay low you dont have an outside life.
