Cons
Corp likes to lead you to believe that you are the owner of your store. Manage all 4 walls, but they take away valuable reports and data that allows us to see our trends. They killed the bonus system by having you exceed industry standards on growth to get a minimum payout. They lead you to believe that the company is people driven, but it's not, it's just another profit driven company that doesn't care. They furloughed the two most important positions in the company stating they are not needed with limited customer interactions, yet we are exceeding last years sales, during reduced hours and payroll. They are literally working the remaining employees to death during COVID and as a reward they deny us our merit raises.
