Great work environment, the work environment is great, and taking care of the animals is a plus for me.

Sometimes it can be hectic in the cashier line. Some customers can be rude and assume that since you work here, you went to vet school for 4 years.

At first I really enjoyed working here, I loved having hands on experience with the animals and learning more about them. I also loved hands on experience with customers and helping them with their needs.

After time the work environment become toxic, my managers became rude. And I realized both the manager and the assisted manager talked bad about everyone else. I was blamed multiple times for things that were not my fault, and left to clean up after everyone else’s messes. I was also blamed for a groomer cutting a dog simply because I was entered the grooming salon. I would not recommend working at this location, because you most likely will be talked bad about and get multiple complaints about things that are not your fault.
