We got through the Holidays 2020...now Executive team (DGM, MGM, TGM, HR, LP and others)has decided to stay out of the stores because of COVID19. Really?!!!! Oh yeah, let’s do virtual visits....and everyone is invited (all mentioned above). You guys are NOT supporting our teams! We STILL have to be on the front line and are but in harms way everyday....a few of you tested positive after a visit and now you all can stay at home and point a finger during a virtual tour?!!!! You guys are stressing us out!!!! Virtual is probably even worse than having you all in our stores. We shorten the store hours, but let’s have BIG virtual visits!! We are having more guests in the store in less hours that we are open!! Come on leadership!!!! Where is the support?!!!! You all look comfy in your sweats, beanies, baseball hats and sitting safe in your house. So disappointed in this company!!
