      Paycheck arrives on time, my local GM is excellent, my kids are the only reason I stay

      Cons

      Annual raise doesn't match inflation, region manager couldn't give a rip less, healthcare went up triple the amount of the annual percentage increase in pay in 2022, no recognition for going above and beyond, abolished the safety award program

      Pros

      No prior experience needed. They pay you during the training period. Weekends and holidays off. Health and dental insurance is offered. Wage increase every year. Prioritizes safety.

      Cons

      Each dispatch center is different in terms of environment and management. Have to work in bad weather. Not many chances to pick up extra hours. Short-staffed. There is 24/7 surveillance. Extremely strict cell phone rules.
