If your manager favors you, then you are able to request a schedule that will accommodate: school, family and or childcare 401k is pretty decent.
Cons
This is the worst place to work for if you are looking for any type of career path because there is absolutely no room for growth. If by chance you are a favorite to management and threaten to leave the company (because the turn over is incredibly high) you may be offered a compensation increase to around $20/ hr resulting even if you are not qualified or capable for such position. The culture and atmosphere is incredibly negative and management retaliates if you address any serious concerns to their attention. Employees are reprimanded based on if you are managements favorite representative versus a representatives metrics. The rules and expectations do not apply evenly to all employees and are bent more than often for a selective few. Management enjoys gossip of outside of work, unrelated activities, providing a very uncomfortable position for those involved. Addressing concerns to HR will not go far and would either, 1: result in management retaliating and finding obscure reasons for corrective actions and ultimately leading to reasoning for termination. Which to clarify would be set for that particular person and not apply to others. Or, 2: Result in no action and would not be take serious as if it may have well been passed under a rug. Departments do not work well together resulting in a lot miscommunication and agents dropping the ball to prove a point, rather than take care of a customer. If you are looking for quick money and don’t mind a negative atmosphere and culture with a ton of office drama, then this would be the place for you to apply.
