Pros

Decent money and benefits Nice office Convenient location You get to know some of your customers

Cons

This office is very stressful to work in. There is a lot of turnover because of this and for some reason upper management looks the other way.If the economy wasnt the way it is I would have gotten up and walked out.I was near tears in the office more than once, was in tears in the car on the way home one day.It is up to you if you want to deal with this. I only stayed as long as I did because of the money and benefits, and that it was a reasonable commute.

I really enjoyed working with Petro, I really like the sales commission you could get for selling service agreements

Cons

Pricing calls training, it was basic but there was a lot of metrics you had to meet. I felt unprepared

Pros

Flexibility with your schedule as long as your reaching your goals.

Cons

The company is slowly deteriorating. The product itself is phasing out and the management is attempting to apply more pressure to the reps to make up for it. Upper management doesn’t have actual sales experience and then attempts to micromanage their sales teams with no idea of what is actually happening. The sales reps have a negative view of the upper management.
