Pros
Hybrid easy commission pay plan they provide equipment
Cons
Where do I start. Well ONBOARDING they tell you training is 4-6 weeks. ENTIRELY how about I’ve been in training for 4 MONTHS!!! Not because of any fault of my own because they have three trainers and they keep hiring people because they keep firing people during training CAN YA BELIEVE IT. I am a seasoned sales rep I needed 6 weeks max. But that’s besides the point. They office morale in the NJ office is literally a mean girls table. No one talks to you at all specially when you’re new. What they teach you in the class room and on the floor is COMPLETELY different they put customers on long holds to BS them and give them a crappy discount that the customer can easily see on the website to act like they are actually doing something. There’s so many things wrong with this place it’s not even funny. They will fire you REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION for any lateness or absence you have a block out period from sep - MARCH you cannot miss any days of work or call out because it’s “busy” season. TWO MANDATORY 6 week work weeks and cuts to only 30 mins lunches, meanwhile the damn building in the back of a major highway and commercial property. NOW THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT so many things I can say she has to be the most passive manipulating woman I have ever met in my life she will smile in your face listen to your feedback about how you feel and rely the message in a “victim” standpoint of view making YOU always out to be the problem. RUNNNNN DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB. I stay at my jobs always looking for internal growth this job is only looking for people they can use an abuse!!! They people that stay at this place are order takers and all her little gremlins ITS SICK The CEO AND CCO AND VP come to office frequently NEVER met them once but they stared at me while I worked from their offices because they have these huge glass windows on the sales floor for all management to watch you as your working. Yuck.
