Pros
You get to spend a lot of time with the community and with dogs and cats, learning about the products, it's great for anyone who loves animals, just not recommended for a store manager position.
Cons
Discount isn't the best, the upper management is awful, they expect way too much from store managers. Too much paperwork and things are not in order or up to date. It's a very stressful work environment.
