Pros
They care about customers and will go above and beyond even if they are loosing money in the process.
Cons
They pay very little and expect you to do the job of multiple people. They allocate very little money to staff salaries which makes every store short staffed. The top selling stores still make very little. I see them just being an extension of Tractor Supply and not a stand alone store in the future.
