Small, customer service focusing company thats looking to grow. Roll out of new (to company) technologies to help with operational processes.
Cons
Tight payroll. Merchandising strategies often fail. Stores often pile up with clearance merchandise with no exit strategy or markdown cadence. There seems to be a lot of turn over at the corporate level.
