Cons
very low pay for bathers. baths are 30% commission unless you have a certain number of dollars in add-ons. training is done through an online school when it would be more efficient and cost-effective to pay salon managers to do it. they have an in-house scheduling system that is super buggy and constantly deletes important client information like notes, rabies expiration dates, phone numbers, which leads to clients getting upset most of the time
