Pros
The OWN IT culture which gets imbedded into our personal life as well which I can trickled down to your family. Patient first approach You can dare to try Urge to make things easier As I say Farzain Jimmy Messman was blessed to be "Working for a really ethical company like Pfizer" it is the family migration which was more important at this point in time when my children are young and can settle in Canada.
Cons
I do not see a negative side but as Pfizer is really process oriented and global is involved deeply, decision making can lead to loss of an opportunity
