Pros
Adjustable hours, lots of people to turn to, great company name to have on a resume, good pay, opportunity for mentorships, intern involvement.
Cons
Sometimes feels too big if you aren't used to this kind of a company. As long as you get a lot of training you will do well. Just make sure you get the training you need. (I was in the business, not the science or engineering sectors).
