Pros

Good place to start your career, amazing facility, lots of new content/workshops per month, hybrid model, good brand for your CV, free coffee/snacks.

Cons

The positions are not examined equaly, you will see people as Managers with 2 years of experience and also with 15 years of experience and that means they both get the same salary. Promotions are hardly given and the salary increase is pretty low. A senior manager earns 5% more than a manager and so on. The most suitable option is to aquire the best contract at the beggining (highest position possible for you) because you are going to stay in that position for many years regardless your efforts. Almost zero utilization for most employees most of the day is spent just doing nothing instead of providing your skills to crucial operations of the organization. Compared to other companies the benefits are pretty low you get a car after becoming a Director (hardly ever) which in other brands you can get a car from a position of assistant manager. The salary is mediocre for high positions (Manager and above) and low for junior positions such as associate/sr.associate compared to other companies. The company in Greece is HR driven (greek HR) which means what ever your Manager decides for you (promotion, raise, relocation, benefits) has to be accepted from the HR first (hardly ever happens).

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Despite the failures of leadership, bonus payouts are excellent. Smart people who still care.

Cons

Executive leadership is completely out of touch and the company is directionless. Every year there are multiple rounds of layoffs, aging infrastructure gets worse every year, morale is low and the joke is that people hang on to “get a package”. Opportunities for advancement are very few and far between.
