Great Benefits, Terrible Management - Chemical Operator Pfizer Employee Review

Going to 12 hour shifts was a terrible idea! It leaves zero work-life balance. You'll miss all of your kids events and family gatherings. Expect to work most holidays and feel tired 24-7. Management is unreliable and never follow through on what they promise. You have to constantly remind them of things coming up and ask for your review to get scheduled raises. They are supposed to put your pto in the system to keep your balance up to date but that isn't the case. If you don't keep a tally of what was used, you'll run out without realizing.
