Always interesting projects to work on in a challenging industry. Very experienced group of core employees. Employee owned company with generous profit sharing and 401k match. Opportunity to grow with a company that still has great potential.

Cons

Material handling industry can have it's quirks. The company can be slow to adopt change. Some internal procedures could use some improvement.
