Cons
Pay could be better. Had to work for six years to get to an acceptable pay. Severely understaffed and they won't hire anyone because it's not in the budget. And we're about to get much more business and we can't even keep up with the work we already have. Building is dirty, bugs and dust everywhere. Some coworkers are lazy and talk all day while others are working nonstop to pick up everyone else's slack. You're not allowed to leave until the run is pushed, so you hardly ever get to leave when you're scheduled to. Don't expect to ever see your family on holidays or any other time for that matter. A very negative place, everyone is miserable and people have walked out and never come back.
