Pros
Good location, good parking lot, has a vending machine.
Cons
Senior leaders have no clue how hard the worker bees work, nor do they care. Senior leaders have no clue what their teams do, nor do they take the time to learn. They just keep adding more. Leaders Manage way too many people- 1-5 different business groups, and do not take interest to get their hands dirty and learn what the workload looks like. Managers and Directors care for the most part, But they too are seen as pawns, only there to delegate work to. Senior leaders work the bees into the ground with no praise (ever!), no reward, no thank you, no congratulations, no raises, no promotion, no additional help and no care that they are driving the bees out the door. They take forever to replace employees (and that's if positions are approved), they never try to retain those that are unhappy or leaving. They would rather get some new sucker in the door and drive them into the ground. Oh and they never address the real issues within departments. They let the issues build until everyone get tired of it and leaves. The CEO and his minion micro manages every aspect of the company, if they could pick out the toilet paper I bet they would. PharMerica could be a great place to work if they would let the employees do their jobs, and if they would allow the place to grow happy worker bees. The CEO and his senior leaders are only interested in filling their own pockets and the bottom line. I get it, that’s important, but so are the worker bees who crank the handle and make the place run. The benefits are absurd, You better have other options available.
