Upper management does whatever it can to keep its employees poor. President of the company is such a coward that she couldn’t email all employees directly to let them know that “merit” increases are just a baseline raise no matter how hard you worked. On top of that, if you got a raise of any kind (“market adjustment,” promotion) you’re ineligible for an increase. This is coming from a company that says “with the pandemic and inflation it’s been real tough on the company” LAUGHS IN $1.1 BILLION IN REVENUE IN 2020. After employees waited all year for an increase, they receive less than 2%. Might I add, that in 2020 there were NO increases and then the following year it was also less than 2%. PharMerica BrightSpring is really leaving it’s legacy of how to screw your employees over.
